Comments: Note, these 1997 notes are different than Jerry's 1994 Special Lecture Close-Up Notes. I have also seen a Lecture 1997 Close Up Notes cover, but the blocked section on that cover states, "Cards Self Working, Cards With Skill, Bills, Other Items", so seems to be a different set.
