Comments: Edited by David Steward. The second edition includes additions by Don Tanner and Frances Marshall. This routine has recently been compiled along with several others and a DVD in "George Sands Rope" book (2009, 112 pages). There seem to be two editions of the 2nd printing: a larger format 8.5x11" with 12 pages, and a smaller 5.5x8.5" edition with 20 pages.
