Comments: There seem to be two editions of this book, an original from a London appearance in 2011 and then an updated 2013 edition from the T.A.O.M. Convention in Dallas. I'm not sure of the exact differences. Each edition came with a DVD - either Tricks Of His Trade, or Hello Sucker.
